We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services. This includes names and email addresses. We do not collect sensitive information.

Yes. My Coach Jack is powered by AI technology provided by Anthropic. Your conversation inputs and outputs are processed by Anthropic to enable the service. You must not use our AI products in any way that violates Anthropic's terms or policies. To opt out of AI processing, contact us using the information below.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
